Loving Hut Opens in Moscow, Russia

By Loving Hut Moscow News Team (Originally in English)

Inspired by Supreme Master Ching Hai’s caring vision of a world in which all have easy access to delectable vegan food, three of our Association members, one from Singapore, one from Mongolia and one from the United States, went to Moscow, Russia, to explore the opportunity of opening a new Loving Hut. After a year of preparation, with financial support from our Association members from Singapore and with blessings from God and Heaven, the new Loving Hut in Moscow was opened on January 15, 2016.

To prepare for the opening, we worked together with our local Association members and vegan friends, and spent much of our time looking for an ideal location, hiring working staff, renovating the restaurant and completing the required paperwork.

Loving Hut Moscow is located on the top floor of a three-story building on one of the city’s busiest and most popular streets: Maroseyka Street, which is only a few minutes’ walk from the nearest metro station.

The design of the Loving Hut, which is simple, chic, warm and cozy, has received positive feedback from many customers. Loving Hut Moscow serves a variety of delicious, international dishes including carmen (cashew and tofu quiche), green spaghetti with green pesto sauce, cheese falafel (falafel with vegan cheese filling), seed loaf healthy cutlet made from pumpkin and sunflower seeds, and soy schnitzel (specially seasoned soy meat with classic, vegan tartar sauce).

Since its opening, more people have been coming to Moscow’s new Loving Hut for a flavorful, vegan meal. Some other good news is that a person who helped us distribute flyers giving information about the new Loving Hut told us that after visiting our restaurant, he could not eat meat anymore, and he is choosing to be vegetarian. This is really wonderful, and we are very encouraged to hear this. We truly wish that through Loving Hut Moscow, more Russian people will soon adopt the cruelty-free vegan diet, and world peace will be quickly realized.
