The Supreme Master Ching Hai
His Excellency Nana Akufo-Addo was announced as the elected President of Ghana on December 9, Golden Year 13 (2016) and was inaugurated on January 7, Golden Year 14 (2017).
President Akufo-Addo is a former human rights lawyer and a veteran statesman. He served as a Cabinet Minister, an Attorney General, a Minister for Justice, and a Foreign Minister in Ghana between 2001 to 2007.
Celebration and applause reverberated in the capital of Ghana as His Excellency Akufo-Addo made his pledge as the president-elect. He asserted to do all in his power to live up to people’s hopes and expectations, promising an honest and concerned government, and vowing to boost the economy through tax cuts and business incentives and launching an industrial policy to turn Ghana into a regional processing and light manufacturing center. President-elect Akufo-Addo furthermore pledged to build a factory in each of Ghana’s more than 200 districts.
Supreme Master Ching Hai offered Her sincere congratulations and commendations in the above letter to President Nana Akufo-Addo.
