Supreme Master Ching Hai Conveys Her Heartfelt Concern for Refugees

During a gathering with our Association members on September 20, 2015 in Europe, Supreme Master Ching Hai conveyed Her heartfelt concern for the multitude of refugees seeking a safe-haven in European nations and other countries and expressed profound gratitude for the countries that have opened their arms to the refugees during their time of great need:

All these countries are truly Christian, or Buddhist country, or Muslim country. Truly they adhere to the teaching of the Masters, of the Prophet. We applaud and we thank you. We thank you. We thank you.

We thank you for really loving your neighbors and helping the helpless people in time of need. This is truly brotherhood. This is really religious. Just talking is easy. Doing it is good. I really thank you, and may your blessing be manyfold, forever. May your countries prosper, have peace, happiness. May your people have all the comforts that they need. All the comfort that you afford to others will come to you, your people, manyfold, many generations. Thank you so much. May God bless you, all of these countries, and I thank you, personally. Thank you, thank you so much, so much.

Conveying Her deep concern for the refugees’ desperate situation, Master has lovingly given financial help to many countries and has asked our Association members to pray for those nations and provide assistance. The total amount of Master’s contributions, as of November 2015, to assist refugees during this recent crisis through charitable organizations and for our Association Centers’ refugee relief work is US$2,227,248.

Our Centers around the world have also sent contributions to NGOs that are helping the refugees, and our Association relief teams are carrying out relief work to bring comfort, through Master’s loving guidance.

The following is a list of countries for which Master has contributed to the Red Cross or other organizations assisting refugees during this recent crisis:

Master also expressed Her heartfelt gratitude to countries, including Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Thailand, which have helped refugees in the past.
