Love In Action

Master is always deeply concerned when disasters occur in any part of the world. Upon hearing news of such events, She immediately provides financial assistance and sends relief teams. Through such efforts, Her unconditional love and support are conveyed to those affected, thus reducing their suffering while helping them to rebuild their lives.

In recognition of the selfless actions of governments, organizations and relief workers around the globe, Master expresses Her gratitude as follows: "Thank you, all the international help that brings care and necessities to afflicted victims. Thank you all the relief workers for taking time and forsaking your own comfort, even traveling great distance on unfavorable roads and conditions to bring love and assistance to people in a time of need. May Heaven bless you abundantly for your generosity and noble sacrifice."

Humanitarian Aid for the Refugees of the Palaung Ethnic Group in Myanmar (Burma)

By Yunnan Relief Team, China (Originally in Chinese)

For the past three years, the Palaung ethnic group living at the border of Myanmar (Burma) and Ruili City, Yunnan Province, China have suffered much trauma due to an ongoing civil unrest. The Palaung refugees by the Chinese border often hide in the woods or corn crop fields to escape from the conflict. They are in desperate need of humanitarian aid as they have no electricity, and are short of daily necessities and medicine.

Therefore, in response to Master’s loving instruction to help those in their times of need, our Yunnan Association members formed a relief team and contributed a total of CNY 43,285 to purchase aid for the Myanmar (Burma) refugees.

On June 23, 2015, we loaded our vehicle with 42 different kinds of medicine bought at a wholesale price, and drove to the bordering city of Ruili with God’s love. The next morning, we brought the contributions to Palaung Mimao Representative Office. Although the officers there did not speak Chinese, we could tell that they were deeply touched. They expressed their gratitude for the urgently needed medicine, and hoped we could bring more in the future. Also, they asked us to contribute clothing and daily necessities, if possible.

To fulfill the officers’ request, we collected clothing for the refugees. Some of our Association members from other provinces also donated clothes and money. In early July, our relief team returned to Ruili to donate 61 bags of clothing with a total of 580 items to the Myanmar (Burma) refugees, including two bags of brand new T-shirts and women’s summer clothes and shorts. In addition, our Association members donated 37 bags of clothing to the refugees in the Nansan area, southeast of Ruili.

We later invited around 50 to 60 kindhearted people for a vegan lunch to thank them for letting us pack the relief items at their place. Many of them wanted to learn how to cook vegan food and be vegan. Everyone felt the loving blessing energy. We are sincerely grateful for Master’s blessing, which helped us complete the relief work smoothly. Our heartfelt prayers that peace comes soon to Myanmar (Burma) and all the refugees can return to the comfort of their homes.
