All I can tell you is, try to be as selfless as possible, as loving as possible, even though maybe you don’t feel the real love inside you yet. But the more you do it, then the real love will wake up. It will grow up more and then it will become your second nature later on, and you will just do it without even thinking, without even feeling that, “Okay, I’m loving now. I’m kind. I’m compassionate.” No, no, you just do it like eating, breathing, normal.

I take care of every little insect that’s trapped in my house or trapped somewhere. Little tiny insects that sometimes if you don’t wear glasses, you don’t see. Little worms on the street, little snails that turned upside down, little beetles that are kicking in the air because he couldn’t turn back around.
I don’t just love dogs, I love everything. And I don’t cut trees. I don’t pluck fruits even. I buy the fruits that don’t have the stem that connected to the tree. That means more likely they fell down by themselves. Nature, you see? Naturally. Without hurting the tree. I don’t pluck leaves and trees at random. I don’t cut flowers. Not anymore. I used do that before, when I wasn’t enlightened enough. And I walk carefully. I eat Peace and Loving Foods as much as I get. I love even plants. I don’t just love you, I love dogs, I love cats, I love plants. I love insects. I love the earth that I walk on. I love the ocean, I love the sand, I love the stones. Everything is beautiful. Everything in this world is sparkling inside with love and wisdom, waiting to show it to you, and meanwhile blessing the world, beautifying everything that you see. Every object on this planet, when you see it with soul, with movement or inert, they’re all doing their job to beautify the world you live in. I love them all.
